• Booking in advance, treatments subject to availability

• Please arrive 15 min prior to treatment / appointment time

• Late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time; full fee will apply

• Please switch mobile phones off

• Smoking is not permitted

• Only ONE person per session allowed in the salon / NO CHILDREN

• You will be required to complete a consultation form; this will enable us to provide you with the best possible service

• Please remove contact lenses, all personal affects and jewellery prior to treatment

• Management will not be held liable for loss/damage to personal belongings

• 24 Hours’ notice is required to change/cancel any appointments

• Prices will be reviewed annually; all current prices apply

• Please advise us if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or serious injury
